Yes we do, we are an Easy Claim Southern Cross provider and can bill Southern Cross directly.

Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a consent form. Your physiotherapist will then ask you questions about your injury, symptoms, and medical history before conducting a series of movements and tests to assess you. They will provide you with a diagnosis and work with you to develop an injury treatment plan. Treatment can include a variety of interventions so please wear loose comfortable clothing. Your physiotherapist will submit your ACC claim and arrange any referrals if needed.

No, physiotherapists are primary care providers and therefore no referrals are not required. We can assess and lodge your claim directly with ACC. Physiotherapists can also refer you for x-rays, ultrasounds and other specialist providers. We will also update your GP accordingly.

Physiotherapists can refer patients directly for x-rays and ultrasound scans, therefore should you require any imaging, we can organise this for you and refer you if required.

ACC is a public insurance scheme in NZ designed to subsidise healthcare costs related to accidents. Your physiotherapist will ask you several questions and advise you if your injury meets the criteria for ACC.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring any paperwork from other healthcare professionals if you have been seen elsewhere before coming to us.

We have plenty of car parking at the front our building along with two sign posted car parks and one accessible car park space for our physiotherapy clients.

Health and Safety

At Link Health and Fitness, we follow all public health guidelines specified by the Ministry of Health and all of our staff are fully vaccinated. We ask that if you are feeling unwell, that you reschedule your appointment. Our physiotherapists will wear masks upon request.
