Our expert team provides 24/7 Gym memberships, ACC Physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates classes, and Personal Training services out of our purpose-built Health and Fitness Centre, enabling our local North Shore community to enjoy a healthy and active life. We welcome members of all abilities and ages, from newcomers to seasoned athletes, to those overcoming injury.
