Pilates Instructor
Jennifer has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and transitioned from the corporate world to become a Pilates instructor in 2021. She began her training with the Polestar Pilates Gateway Programme and went on to complete her comprehensive certification in the Pilates Method through Polestar Pilates NZ.
As a mum to an energetic son, Jennifer has also completed additional training in the Post Natal Core Rehab Method. This enables her to confidently support women through their postnatal journey. She believes that regular Pilates practice helps maintain a balanced, healthy body, allowing you to move well and enjoy everyday life.
Jennifer is passionate about helping clients use Pilates to alleviate physical issues and improve overall wellbeing.
Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as baking, swimming, and hiking.
